We operate primarily in Accra. Use the service checker above to see if we're available in your specific area.

Weekly pickups start at GHS 30 for a 240L bin. On-demand pickups run GHS 40 to GHS 50. Exact price depends on your Accra neighbourhood, bin size, and whether you're a household or business. Download the app to see the price for your address.

It's simple! First, download the app and provide your information (location, service preferences, etc.). Our support team will reach out to confirm the details. Once confirmed, you'll be assigned to a verified waste collector who will complete your pickup.

We bill monthly based on the number of pickups completed. You only pay for pickups that are actually done. Starting January 2026, new users will need to maintain a wallet balance (equivalent to the pickup fee) before placing requests.

While we're not a recycling company ourselves, we partner with recycling specialists in the value chain to ensure your waste is properly processed and reaches the right destination.
